The German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) offers Ukrainian scientists a three-month fellowship programme. The programme is intended to provide scientists, who have fled Ukraine because of the war or who are still in Ukraine, the opportunity to continue working in the scientific field in Berlin.
During their stay at the BfR, the guest scientists receive an appropriate daily allowance and free accommodation in the BfR guesthouse. In addition, travel expenses to and from the BfR will be reimbursed. The start of the three-month stay is flexible but should be within this year.
In addition to a degree in the natural sciences, the prerequisites for participation are an interest in consumer health protection issues and a very good knowledge of German or fluent English.
